A Radiological Study on the Bony Changes of Woman Dancers

Abstract
|
|
|
Clinical materials were 15 professiounl wonnan dancers with the career more tham 8 yeurs as the study group and (5 or duary woman in same age group as the control group antero-posterior in neutra).
@ES Standing posture and in lifting state were studied.
@EN 1. In standing Ap View of dancers scoliosis 2 rotation in 7 cases, spine batida in 3 duses, unilateral facet overgrowth in 4, incomplete segmentation in 4 trophysm in 3 and malaignment of spinous process in 5 were observed.
2. In lateral view of dancers, intervertebral isc space narrwing in 5, segmental wedging of body in 3 were observed.
However, spondy-loysis was not obserred.
3. Lambosacral angle and lumgar lordotic angle were decreased and sacral inclination were increased in dancers than in control group the gravity line was more unteriorly shifted in dancers.
4. In lifting state. Lordotic angle, lumhosacral angle and sacral inclination was inreased and gravity line was shifted more anteriorly than in neutral standing state.
